How to port swf to apk?

Hello, I would like to find reliable information on how to port swf to apk. There is no fla file, the path through porting swf to fla, and then only to apk will not work. I asked the same question on other forums, they gave me links to the documentation, I did everything the same way as there, but nothing happened. PS fla file is not needed at all. Only the source code or already assembled swf is enough.
