no. Without the skill of using Google, none of the frameworks will do you any good.
Symfony2, Laravel, Yii (sorted in order of demand, not popularity). In the CIS, Yii can be swapped with Laravel. But in general, concentrate directly on PHP and become less attached to the framework - it will be easier.
Appeared yii2 is gaining popularity. I would take it to study. Due to:
good documentation
of a large number of examples of a
modern approach (it is currently the most recent)
built-in bootstrap
of a live Russian-language forum
, etc.
If you have just started learning - the list of the above frameworks you should consider very carefully, because. The threshold for entry into these frameworks is quite high.
Independently master any of them, without knowing PHP - walk in a spiral, and fill a bunch of cones.
At the very least, you need a sensei...
Take laravel5, the right choice. Clear, simple, good laracasts, docks. There is a miracle chat gitter.im/laravelrus like, where everyone will show and help how to cook. You don’t need any yii or other mess to start with (I also tried to learn php from the frame, though then I mistakenly took yii). When you master it, you can safely go to rails / django hehe)))
