How to point a domain to an IP address with a port?

How can I direct a domain to an IP address with a port. For example, you need to point the domain in the mysite.com DNS records to xxxx:port .

Use cloudflare or its equivalents as a reverse proxy to your ip:port. Cloudflare itself will show your site on its ip on port 80. You will write the DNS record already in cloudflare, respectively.
