If you want to get an analogue, you need to:
1) format the graph (column width, markup line color, etc.)
2) place it not as a graph on a separate sheet, but as an object in a table (if it is on a separate sheet)
3) hide the gridlines in the table, make a small square grid
4) merge the required cells to show the text in the right places (or act "cleaner" - do not merge, but use center alignment over several cells, Center across selection)
5) the desired values we obtain, of course, formulas; here you need to understand the logic of their calculation
6) the up / down arrows are also simply obtained by formulas, painted in the desired color by conditional formatting
