How to play videos in the branch network centrally?

For example, there are 10 different branches. Each has a TV and plays videos from a flash drive.
If I want to add a video, then I need to pull out a flash drive in each TV, upload the video, restart playback in a circle.

There was an idea to twist the same picture for everyone. I understand that we need some kind of playlist that will be watched on the server. On the server, theoretically, you can raise some kind of IPTV server.

I don't know anything about raising my RTMP server yet. Google constantly slips servers for video cameras.
Facilitate the task, who raised this on what?

Thanks everyone!
