How to play video from the recorder with the ability to rewind?
Good evening everyone!
There is an archive for a year from several
cameras of the
DVR , the
files are
detailed
in pieces of 3-6 seconds, the file
name
is
seconds
. .ts
1577829655.ts
There is a task to reproduce all this with the possibility of rewinding and easy navigation through the video.
I tried to create an m3u8 playlist from the piece I needed, the video works, it plays, but the problem is that the playlist and the player perceive the pieces as separate videos, that is, if I want to make navigation within the piece, then this will be terribly inconvenient.
I understand that someone may suggest that yes, you blind everything into one file and use it as much as you like ... this is a bad fallback, I'll explain why it's bad.
A video for a year or more, the bottom line is that someone can request an arbitrary piece of recording from a certain or several cameras and to give him a similar playlist with the necessary links to the pieces will be a minimum of problems, and to put these pieces together is a processor load and a time-consuming operation.
Therefore, within the framework of this question on this resource, I would like to consider the presence or possibility of implementing rewind and a convenient player with ts files, without combining them.
I want to add that the player that could play the video in this way can be any, that is, it doesn’t matter to me whether it will be played on the site or it will be some kind of desktop player. The only question is whether there is such a thing or whether it is possible to implement such a thing with little bloodshed on some kind of base.
