How to play photos and videos in a playlist in a loop on a separate monitor?

Good afternoon. Can you please tell me a program that will play photos and videos from the playlist in a loop on a separate monitor? The task is as follows: You need to show photos and videos mixed from the playlist on a TV that is connected via hdmi to a PC. There is a similar solution called PADS4. But this is a complex of programs that is difficult for a simple user and it is expensive.
