What changed? On the client and the server costs win 8.1. You need to get a picture of at least 15-20 fps. It is completely impossible to play using TeamViewer, the control buttons are transmitted incorrectly. What do you advise?
ps. on remote pc: radeon rx 470, i have gtx 670.
