Google Chrome Remote Desktop and TeamViewer additional rights?

Remote access

Good afternoon, I decided to try GCRD, in normal mode everything works fine, but if I want to remove any application from the system, then the viewer simply blocks the input. The same thing happens with some game clients, such as ArcheAge.
If I switch from the blocking window (delete or game client), then everything works again.
What could be the problem ?

Teamviewer has the same problem, but some buttons work through an additional alt press, while the mouse is still disabled
