How to play from old pc through new pc?

Hello, I have an old laptop, and a fairly powerful PC. My brother sits forever on the PC, but gives access to his PC via RDP (like I connect to another user). I tried to start the game and play, and I realized that the management is bad and it's terribly buggy.
How can I make it so that I can play from my laptop through a PC? (I saw cloudy gaming, I wonder how everything is arranged there and why the picture does not lag there, and is it possible to do something like this at home?)

Because RDP is not designed to transfer 3d images in principle.
You can only try steam gaming, nvidia also has a protocol for transferring Nvidia Gamestream over local area
. Cloud gaming has its own client that performs all the functions of normal image transfer. There is no such software in the public domain yet, so you can install and configure it yourself
