There is a TV and raspberry.
It is necessary to constantly play corporate videos and birthdays of employees on the TV.
Surely there are systems that can spin certain content. I would be grateful if someone could tell me what to look for.

All TVs support NAS or DLNA. Make a folder, upload videos and run the built-in player and just loop the repetition in it.
This is the easiest option in my opinion.

1. there is software that can render a picture from text.
2. there is software that can render a video from a picture (or several pictures); you can rob cows to set the duration of the display of each picture.
3. further, as you have already been told, a video player; I am also for VLC, but you can use another one.
