On the ARM core, every second does. They release their cores. Judging by the experience of microchip, MIPS looks quite good in this niche.

I want to immediately warn you that there will be much fewer applications in the market for Android than for ARM. For example, there are almost no speech synthesizers. Great low power processors with poor software support for now and most likely in the future. I thus satisfied my curiosity.

Как вариант можете зайти на digikey и посмотреть в их каталоге.

Добавлю REALTEK (RTL8197), ATHEROS(AR9331) и RALINK(запамятовал).
Причём для них есть вполне годный OpenWRT.
Ну и Байкал - наше всё ;-)
