How to play audio via Bluetooth on Ubuntu Server?

Good day. There is a home ubuntu server 16.04 with usb bluetooth. I decided to connect it to speakers and play audio from any device in the house.
Tell me where it is configured and is it possible to do this?
PS this whistle on ubuntu kde plays audio fine.
