How to place an audio track exactly at the beginning of a clip?

I am new to Fnal Cut. For the most part I have already got used to it, but there are a few questions that I could not find an answer to.

• Is there a way to place the audio track exactly at the beginning of the selected clip? Are there any hotkeys for this?
  
• Is it possible in Final Cut to cut audio and video tracks at the same time at a specific location? Now I have to do it separately, which greatly slows down the process.
  
• How to place a caption on a photo exactly above the subtitle?
