How to place 3 TextView above ListView?

Can you tell me how to place three TextViews above the ListView?

ListView has header & footer, use that. Those. throw all TextView into LinearLayout and set as header.

It's better not to use Header/Footer listview, because throws an exception on some devices, Vertical LinearLayout, 3 TextView and ListView
