How to pin permanent order of extensions in Google Chrome?

The following is of interest: often after restarting the computer and starting Chrome, the extension icons randomly change their places, as a result of which you have to arrange them in the usual order.

Is it possible to somehow fix them, thereby avoiding this routine procedure?
