How to permanently remove phone numbers from iPhone, Mac, iCloud?

Hello!

Help the noob in resolving the issue of deleting phone numbers. There are a few phone numbers that I deleted from my iPhone a few years ago, but they keep resurfacing! Facebook, Linkedin synced. Incredibly annoying. I deleted them from the phone, from the computer on the site iCloud.com, nothing helps. All the same, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram stubbornly slip them to me.
Is there any way to solve this problem other than deleting the account and registering a new one?
I also tried to delete through the account on the phone.
