How to periodically change the contents of the clipboard?

Tell me with what you can implement such a thing:
There is a document, or something similar, with the lines typed, say. All lines are separated in any convenient way. How to make it so that with periodicity, say 1 minute, one of the lines got into the clipboard?
For example, such a document (the separator is an empty string), pressed ctrl-v inserted "Good morning!" waited for a while pressed again ctrl-v inserted let's say "Aloha" and so on constantly.
Good morning!
Good morning!
Good evening!
Aloha!

It is possible by a bicycle on an excel :-S
A sheet is created, phrases are driven into the cells.
A macro is written that once in a given period of time passes through the cells from top to bottom and copies their contents to the buffer.
Everything turns into an endless loop with a check to see if there is data in the current cell. If not, select the top one and continue copying from it
