How to perform code analysis and "UML" building?

Hello. I am finalizing the project. The project has 200k files. Source code on the plus side.
Digging it by hand is somewhat difficult.
Isn't there some tool that can feed files and get some UML?
At least a class diagram.
PS: I remember once upon a time there was a Rational Rose. Not that he knew how to do it, but at least he tried (maybe I just didn’t know how to cook it). But suddenly ... After all, 20 years have passed :)
