There are many built-in services, but my view settled on this one . How appropriate is it to use? What are the alternatives?

This service is exactly what it was invented for. But there is a jamb - all alarms are reset after reboot. Therefore, you need to subscribe to BOOT_COMPLETE and restore the necessary alarms after reboot.
