Is there any way that a Russian LLC can officially confirm the costs of using the services of western providers such as amazon (and lesser known services and hosting)?
I found something similar ( toster.ru/q/10894), maybe something has changed?
And how is it generally accepted to make these payments from all sorts of "startups" that clearly use such services.
