How to pause an inspector?

Good afternoon.
Actually, if you right-click on an element, it is displayed in the inspector. If, after hovering the mouse, an element is added using js and the mouse is hovered over the element, then the added element is displayed in the inspector. But when the mouse is moved to the inspector itself for further work in it, the element disappears. Is there a hotkey to stop the inspector?
Also the second question - is there a hotkey equivalent: right mouse button on an element -> explore element?

As for the first question, it's very simple.
According to the second, all actions are signed with hotkeys: Ctrl (Cmd) + Shift + I for inspection and Ctrl (Cmd) + Shift + C for inspecting elements (after opening the console).
