Why does the browser work differently on different operating systems?

I noticed differences in the display of the corporate site. Firefox under Ubuntu 14.04 does not load the Google Maps sidebar. In exactly the same Firefox 52.0.1 under Windows 7, everything is loaded. In other browsers, too, everything is fine. What could be the problem?
Site on Bitrix. There are other sites on the same server, maps are loaded there, but they are all from Yandex.
Tried to view the page through the Inspect Element tool - the map diva just isn't on the page in Ubuntu.
Set at least the direction of the search ....

the direction of the search is nowhere easier. find the one who sculpted the site and, under the threat of reprisal, force them to figure out where the jamb is!

Maybe some other content is given by the user agent?
