How to password-protect a PC on a local network?

Hello. Please tell me - there is a local network, all computers with Windows (different versions, the youngest version is Win7). How can I make it so that in the "Network" (My Computer) section, when you click on the name of the PC, a window appears asking you to enter a username and password?

Set a password for the user account.
In the network folder settings, allow access only to this user.
And RMB on the network tray icon -> network and sharing center -> advanced options -> enable password protected access.
More or less like this.
