How to pass variable to index file?

I have a website header in my index file, how can I pass variables there? The difficulty arises from the fact that I understand how to pass variables to layouts files, but here I can’t call anything besides the global Auth::user()->nick, because the variables are passed by url, hence the method to write for this useless, because it will have to be called on each address
