How to pass price to Woocommerce cart for instance being added?

Hello!
Can you please tell me how to transfer, when adding to the cart , the price formed in a variable (as an option, take it from span or div) and some text value that will be available when viewing the order in the admin panel?

I'm trying to create a snippet that displays beautifully designed checkboxes on the page, and depending on their state, changes (forms) the price that needs to be subsequently transferred to the cart along with the text (or checkbox attribute) for the added product
