How to pass item(item) value in Zabbix trigger description?

I would like to send the current value of the vfs.fs.size[total] item in the alert text. I
read in the documentation that user macros are not expanded in the description.
Is it possible to do this through LLD macros? I don't quite understand how.

The current value is {ITEM.LASTVALUE<1-9>} and you can add it to the template for sending an email by trigger
