How to pass goals by template to analytics?

There is a web application, which is a checklist with 200+ items.

You need to track which items the user selects most often. There is an option to write a counter on the application side, but I would not like it if there is a ready-made, civilized solution. I would like to see the received data in Yandex.Metrica or google analytics.

The preliminary search yielded no results.
