How to pass an antivirus check?

I created applications on Electron, I never had to create desktop applications for thousands of users, among which there are many who are not burdened with the mind, and even paranoid... I didn’t even think that there would be such a problem with antiviruses. For example, Avast blocked applications and after clicking on the exe-shku you can see just a white window ...
1. Do I need to do an installer with a certificate and how much do certificates cost?
2. Is there a way to send a file to all anti-virus companies? For example, I found [email protected] www.cyberforum.ru/security/thread1352672.html . But this is for malware and I was afraid that the application would be blacklisted. It's also strange that Avast cursed at the exe-shku, although as I understand it, electron is downloaded by electron-packager from cdn and I'm not the only one who has such an original file.
3. If 2, does it only apply to exe-shock and dll-shock or JavaScript files too? The JavaScript file will change frequently in the near future, because there will be a lot of parvos and it is obfuscated (uglify.js) Actually, will I need to send an archive with applications after each edit.
4. When I created the installer using electron-packager, chrome gives warnings

How many downloads must there be for this message not to be shown?
