How to pass a VPN through NAT with an iOS client?

You need access to your home network. But only legal entities can get a white IP from my provider. faces. Actually the question is: is there any VPN server that can break through NAT and an iPhone and a laptop on win could connect to it (I think there will be no problems with this)?
I reviewed a bunch of services, all provide client solutions only with the ability to control a specific PC (in the manner of TeamViewer), but I need access to my network.
If there are other options to break through to myself from the outside, I will be glad to hear.

I wrote here just about what you need. The task was somewhat different, but 95% coincides with yours. Everything is spelled out in great detail.

I think it will be easier for you to buy the cheapest VPS and set up your VPN server on it than to find a ready-made service. Then you can connect to it from all your devices and you will have access everywhere as in a local network.
It's easy, there are many howtos on the net.
