IP - DNS - Static for static records. If the routers at the branches act as dns-ami.

Depends on what is registered on your clients in the dns server.
If this is a server you control, then the easiest option is to make a static entry.
If you don't want a static entry, you can use dns forwarding (on mikrotik split dns). If some 8.8.8.8 is registered, then you can raise it to mikrotik, but in connection with the latest movements to protect dns, various unexpected pitfalls may arise.

Set up nginx to proxy requests to that resource for local users. In principle, it is possible to organize all this without DNS - it is enough to send the correct Host header when making HTTP requests.
