How to partition an SSD drive for maximum performance?
I read in the recommendations that on SSD drives, for their maximum performance, you should always have 20% of the disk area unoccupied. Does this mean that these 20% should be physically free, or are logical drives considered?
For example, I have 200GB available under Windows 10.
So far, for the test, I installed Linux, giving it 20GB, of which the system partition (9GB) is already packed to capacity. Am I losing speed on it?
How are disks partitioned so as not to lose SSD speed?

Didn't leave a byte free. The SSD already has a spare area. The manufacturer deliberately hid all the intestines of the disc so that you would use it, and not suffer from garbage.
