How to partition a disk into sections in windows server 2012 to work with 1s?

There is a rented server with windows server 2012 on board, two RAID1 hard drives with a total volume of 3 terabytes, combined into one partition (why and how?).

Question: how now, already from under the system, to correctly partition the disk and into how many partitions? Several users are supposed to work with 1s (all have their own data).

RMB on my computer - management - disks. Shrink section. We compress how much free space there is or how much it is not a pity. Then we press RMB on an unallocated area - create a partition.
In 2012 it's Tools - manage
Something like this. There's already disk management.

Separate the OS from the database in different sections, it will hardly affect the speed in any way, but it will make it easier to manage.
Let user data remain in user profiles.

Strange, but nothing is displayed in the disks. Even section C.e4807d3d2d3a41d79689bf6a0729681a.jpg
