How to parse the procurement.gov website by region?

Hello. I wrote a parser for this site, but I can't figure out how to parse by region. Am I missing something? I'm using Python 3 and requests.

PS I have one feeling that they have a hidden API for their own?

I don’t know how your parser was compiled, but I know that each purchase has an attribute indicating the region, this is the OKTMO Code.
