How to parse pages with a ready-made script?

There is a parsing script on the server.
I can also access the database of links that we get as a result of parsing.
In the script itself, you need to specify the link of what we want to parse.
How do I do this in some kind of loop on the server, going from the 2nd -> etc entry of the link in the database and passing it to the script?
PS In the script itself, I cannot implement such a cycle, due to the fact that this script will work without stopping.
