How to parse chats from an account in tg?

Are there parsers for the list of chats from the account?
Let's say I need to transfer about 1000+ chats to another account
. Is there a script that will collect the chat user and not the participants?

On the old account: iter_dialogs
And write, let's say, their ID to the file line by line.
And in the new one, go through these IDs from the file and do it on each join_chat
