How to pack a folder into an archive (NOT .zip01 .... but simply create a new archive when the size is reached)?

Actually a subject: it is necessary to unload a site from a lokalka on a hosting. hosted max. file size for unpacking - 9.6 MB.
How to pack a folder into archives of 9 MB, but so that each archive is separate and not a chain (because the hoster will not unpack the chain).
Or maybe there is a better option?
