How to override the action of the ok button on tablets?

Good afternoon everyone! on tablets (Apple and Android for sure) when filling out a form on the virtual keyboard there is an ok button, if you press it, the form is sent like pressing the Enter button How can I override its action? Let's say that both Enter and ok act like a tab button?
