How to overcome when installing npm any package on windows 10 x64?

Windows 10 x64.
I can't install more than one npm package. The same node_gyp error:

I see it swears at the lack of a python. I put it on, and a new error after installing Python 2.7:

Visual Studio 2015 is installed . It
swears at some SDK
I'm just starting to work with npm, I'm completely new. Can anyone suggest? Thank you.

the path to the python registered in the environment variables?
set run from the console that you put,
if not, restart it.
everything is ok from under the studio
