How to defeat error after npm update?

Updated npm and got error
Error: Cannot find module 'aproba'

node.js
- v11.9.0
Win 10 x64
MSI
Clearing cache, reinstalling node doesn't help.
In AppData / Roaming I tried to delete the last modified files, but it didn’t help either
Who came across?
