How to overcome the "magic" in Photoshop?

In psd there are transparent pictures. You can even drag them on top of each other and they will remain transparent!

But they are not transparent!

As always, no magic.

You can even drag them on top of each other and they will remain transparent!
This is because the image layers have a blend mode of " multiply ". Logos have a background, there is no transparency there.
If you want logos without a background, you can remove it manually, but it's easier, of course, to just find the logos in the form in which you need them.
