How to overcome the glitch / jamb of the Print Management snap-in in Server2019?

Hi all.
I liked the Print Management snap-in and now I use it all the time.
There is WinServ2016 - everything is ok there. And there is WinServ2019 - and after some update, the snap-in broke - "script error" and "tabs" mixed up in the lower half of the console.

It doesn't matter which printer you click LMB on - an error occurs

Maybe someone came across? Or knows how to treat or at least google?
