How to overcome the endless loading of the site?

Habr, I need your help, there is no one else to help.
There is a site that has already shone here several times - ubuntovod.ru .
The problem is that if you go to it in Firefox, then the page seems to have loaded, but the spinning circle that appears when loading does not disappear. Chrome and Opera do not.
How to be? Why such a problem?
I’ll clarify that it’s not only me, many users complain. And if you don’t have such a problem, then just refresh the page a couple of times, go to any news, etc. The problem sometimes doesn't show up right away.

It caught my eye that when the page is loaded, an xhr request is immediately made to ubuntovod.ru/?_=1341886196874 where this page is given again (the parameter is jquery nocache). Maybe the dog is buried there. This is by the way in this script ubuntovod.ru/wp-content/plugins/wp-social-votes/js/sv_main.js lines 10-16

The page is just a cloud of scripts, one pulling the other. All these buttons - “like-dislike”
hung on me from the inability to download something from mc.yandex.ru,
kill this link on the page - most likely it will help.

Well, either they fixed it or you don’t have an updated browser, everything is fine with me.
