How to overcome collapsed sourceTree?
win10 x64 has sourceTree
installed, if minimized it won't "expand" anymore. At the same time, if you open the task manager and switch there (right key on sourceTree -> switch), it unfolds without problems. But without a task manager, with a left click - he does not want to.
It pisses me off and I can't figure out what the problem is. Any ideas?

This is a software bug. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-9301
In general, many popular programs and even sdk have issue trackers where you can learn a lot of interesting things.
Most likely, it is difficult to fix it, since sourcetree is cross-platform.
You helped me by posing the question "with a solution through the dispatcher." I immediately thought that it still knows how to maximize the selected window, if you hover over the window in the taskbar and click "expand" with the right mouse button (for some reason, "restore" works for the history in one file.)
