How to upgrade from win7-32 to win10?

Hi all! Now on the laptop (Lenovo) 7ka 32-bit (unlicensed) is installed, how should I upgrade to 10? Do a clean install? What will happen to the files when reinstalling?

Make a backup copy and try to update, not all assemblies for 10k are apocalypse.
The bit depth will remain the same.
