How to overclock openvpn due to nat?

It does not work to overclock the OpenVPN tunnel to a speed of more than 3 megabytes per second. Tried different configs. There are 2 servers with ESXi on Hetzner, gigabit between them, on each server a PfSense gateway, on one of the servers the gateway forwards 1194 dst-nat to a machine with Linux and an OpenVPN server. Having connected any two machines, I do not get a speed of more than 3 MB / sec. The only thing is that I always use tun and subnet topology. Hosts at [email protected] GHz, top 5% per core at the VPN server at 3MB/s AES-256.

What can be wrong? Has anyone made such servers on NATs? Were you able to get the speed up? Can you show me your configs?
