How to overclock a laptop cooler?

Tell me, how can I overclock a laptop cooler (emachines e642g)? Tried speedfun - writes rpm 0 for all coolers.
But this is somehow possible: when I launched the BIOS update program, the cooler worked as I needed.

Most likely you have windows and most likely there are firewood, equipped with a laptop.
Look in the control panel in the power supply, or hot keys that will switch modes.

If the laptop is old, perhaps the motherboard simply does not support such an indicator as "cooler rotation speed".
