How to output errors from the log to the console?

Good afternoon.
Dear gurus, please tell me by what means it is possible to broadcast errors from the php_errors.log file to the console on phpstorm or a separate console on MacOS. PHP code errors are not broadcast in the editing window. It is very inconvenient to run and look into php_errors.log. It would be very convenient to make a narrow strip under phpstorm the second window, unless, of course, such a monster as phpstorm is not able to do it itself.
I tried to attach xDebug to phpstorm. It turned out that not quite what was expected, or rather, not at all. I don’t need to debug the code (this is all ahead), I need php errors to be constantly in front of my eyes.
