How to organize work with one postal address?
I'm not a programmer, but I know a thing or two. The task is to organize access for several computers to one postal address so that it is possible to simultaneously work with mail (send / receive letters) and at the same time see what others are doing.
Is it possible to use Outlook or The Bat! ? Or these programs are completely not for this? And if so, what is the best way to set them up?

> to be able to simultaneously work with mail (send / receive letters)
This is done by any client with any mailbox, provided that both "can" work using the IMAP protocol. Including, and webmords to mail (both on mail services like Yandex / Google, and through web-imap clients - roundcube / afterlogic).
> while seeing what others are doing.
It's more difficult here. IMAP itself does not provide this information. It will be possible to see what they are doing there (letters sent, incoming, etc). But who does it - no.
