How to organize wifi in an office of 2000 square meters?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me how to organize access to wifi in an office with the following characteristics:
1) The area is 2000 square meters.
2) Partitions made of glass - one might say, open office.
3) The expected maximum number of simultaneous connections is 250
4) Internet - 1Gb / s
It is necessary to understand how to organize points: how many routers (if several, how to arrange and configure interaction), what software to use.
Thanks in advance!

At one time, I asked myself a similar question. About 7 years ago. Then I found a program for such things. Unfortunately I don't remember the name. On Google I think such software is in demand. (Then everything was very well organized in it, you draw a plan of the room and walls from which you indicate the walls, etc. and she showed in circles how the router would sweep through the spaces.)

Based on your budget, you first need to choose the router model that you will use to deploy your network. The parameters of the antennas with which the network will be broadcast will already depend on this. In this case, the boxes must be connected with wires and transferred to the Access Point mode.
To determine the number of boxes and their location, try drawing the room to scale on paper and then using a calculator like www.l-com.com/content/Wireless-Calculators.html or www.tp-link.com/en/support/ calculator to calculate distances and signal strength of points.
The link has useful recommendations - https://meraki.cisco.com/lib/pdf/meraki_whitepaper... - according to which the network was somehow made for the duration of the event.

In this post, the guys from jetbrains talk about what solutions they have and where they left off when they moved to a new office.
